cute romper but feels somewhat too baggy!

I bought this for my daughter... it's very cute.

I did not keep this item

Was a size too big.

It fits big but l don't think could go smaller. The elastic on the shoulder isn't well put together so l can't wear it off the shoulder, it may not be very noticeable but l know and that's enough. Other than that l wear it proud.
