I was in love with these shoes. There was a slight mix up and I received the wrong size, which was a bit of a bummer because I had been thinking up the outfits I would wear with these shoes days before they arrived. JustFab has a great exchange policy but when I went to exchange them, and the shoes were now all sold out of my size. I was a little irritated because I double checked my receipt and I did put the right size, but I understand everybody has accidents. So I will continue to shop at JustFab, but I'll just be a little nervous I may get the wrong size on occasion. Although I will say I had 5 items in my order and everything else was the correct size and worked out wonderfully.
